Welcome to my portfolio page! Thanks for stopping by. I'm a graphic artist with over a decades worth of design experience in the wide format printing industry. I've had experience with every aspect of the graphics process from design to implementation. I also enjoy taking on new design projects. Whether its designing a wrap for race cars, t-shirts, banners, logo design, or posters. I've done it all. I also have hands on experience when it comes to installing vinyl graphics on all sorts of things (cars, trucks, trailers, boats, helmets, cornhole boards).
My love of NASCAR racing lead me to pursue a creative career within the sport. I discovered the company Motorsports Designs when I was in high school and thought that would be the perfect career choice for me, blending my favorite sport with my creative ability. After earning my associate's degree in graphic design from a local college I started to work for a local sign shop. After over four years there, I made a connection with someone at The Decal Source (Motorsports Designs competitor) and started there in the fall of 2007.  From there my design and graphics installation skills grew. I got to work closely with some of the biggest teams in NASCAR.
In 2016 I decided to further my education. As a result a change was needed as far as my job was concerned, so I got the opportunity to join Robby Gordon Motorsports as a graphic artist.  There I gained experience operating a Roland 64" printer as well as a laminator. So I was responsible for every step of the graphics process. I created promotional materials for the Stadium Super Trucks Series, (flyers, signs, shirts, banners, custom decals) designed, produced, and installed all the wraps/decals on every truck in the series, typically 12-15 trucks per race.  I also got to travel the world with the race team and see places I would have otherwise never seen. Having only been there less than a year, I was offered my current position as a graphic designer at one of the most successful teams in NASCAR, Stewart-Haas Racing.
While still working full-time, I was also a full-time student working towards my bachelor's degree in information technology. I graduated from the University of Phoenix in November of 2018 after receiving a certificate for advanced multimedia development through the University as well.
Thanks again for viewing my portfolio! Feel free to send me a message if you have some design needs. Hope to hear from you soon!
